Pat Quinn Announced as Edmonton Oilers Coach
Looks like the Edmonton Oilers have won this round of the Battle of Alberta. Both the Oilers and their rivals, the Calgary Flames , needed a new coach and, this morning, it was announced that Pat Quinn would take on the role of head coach for Edmonton with former New York Rangers coach, Tom Renney , at his side as the associate head coach. Kelly Buchberger, will remain as an assistant coach. Wow. Let me just get that out of the way. Wow
